MESSAGE FROM THE 1998

ILLUSTRIOUS COMMANDRESS,

MARY HALL-THORPEASSHE LEAVES OFFICE

;

My year in office has been joyful, successful and lots and lots of traveling. (I) !! truly have enjoyed each moment.

It was what I had expected, thanks to the support I received from the members of Suakim Court #54.

We must continue to believe in what we stand for, and most of all support each other. In doing so, we will have supported "Our Court, Suakim Court#54.

"None Of Us Can Change What We Have Done. But! We Can Change What We Have To Do."

GREETINGS FROM THE NEW

SUAKIM CHANTRESS TAKE 1ST PLACE FOR THE 4THYEAR IN THE ROW.

The Chantresses under the directorship of daughter Shirley Price continue to meet the 1st and last Monday of the month. We once again brought home the first place trophy from New Orleans. This is our 4th consecutive win.

The Chantresses will not be competing at Convention in Miami this year, but we will continue to rehearse on a regular basis. We want to keep our voices
in tune for any engagements that might be coming up where they will be participating in. If any daughter is interested in joining the Chantresses, please come out and blend, take part and combine in with all the voices. We do, work hard it's also a lot of fun, but mainly we try to keep it on a spiritual note. Hope to see you out!

WHAT ABOUT THOSE NOBLES

As 1998 comes to an end, Illustrious Potentate, Jerome Dorsey celebrates his term in office in style.

The Annual Charity Ball honoring Noble Dorsey was held at the Sheraton in Dover, DE. This was truly a grand event as Illustrious Potentate, Jerome Dorsey made his entrance in his elaborate outfit. Truly befitting the style of an Illustrious Potentate.

As the new administration comes in, lets continue to support our Nobles.
